15 modules · one client

The whole warehouse by scan

The Warehouse Client brings 15 warehouse processes straight to the packing station and the handheld scanner – from goods receipt to stocktaking. Every posting lands in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central instantly, with no middleware, over a secured OData v4 API.

Feature scope

15 modules, switchable per terminal

Enable exactly the processes a workstation needs – globally and per device. Every disabled tile disappears from the app menu.

Inbound & outbound

Goods receipt with progress tracking, goods issue with weighing, shipping label and posting – in two selectable operating modes.

Picking

Pick List (bundle orders) or Warehouse Activity via BC warehouse documents – with or without BC WMS, confirmation by scan, quantity or check-off.

Bins & WMS

Stock transfer (bin-to-bin and location-to-location), inventory with blind counting and cycle counting, bin put-away and bin replenishment – up to full directed put-away and pick.

Lookup & returns

Item lookup (stock, bin, price, entries), returns as credit memo or return order, and complaints with document reference and status tracking.

Labels & weighing

Label print for item and bin labels (ZPL), item weighing with net/gross weight and automatic oversized detection.

Putaway & photo

Putaway via bin scan and photo: capture documents and damages and attach them to the transaction in Business Central.

Adapts to your warehouse

Two operating modes, one client

The Warehouse Client covers both the lean order warehouse and the fully bin-managed BC WMS – without a separate app.

Warehouse Mode

Order Picking (without BC WMS): pick directly against orders, bundle multiple orders into one pick list.

BC Warehouse Picks (with WMS): picking via BC warehouse documents, bin replenishment and directed put-away and pick.

Goods Issue Mode

Posted Shipments: the office posts the delivery first, the terminal verifies by scan and creates the shipping label.

Sales Orders: the terminal works directly on the released order – including partial quantities – and posts the shipment on dispatch.

Scanner, scale, printer – directly connected
