Payment Options
Credit Card
Visa, Mastercard, American Express – securely via Stripe, automatic charge every 4 weeks.
SEPA Direct Debit
Bank transfer within the SEPA zone via Stripe – automatic, every 4 weeks, available EU-wide.

Automatic subscription via your PayPal account, every 4 weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the demo last?
The demo period is 30 days from the first registration of a given module. After expiry, the module is automatically deactivated until a payment method is added. A consumed demo cannot be restarted – please contact us if needed.
How does the 4-week cycle work?
Each module is billed individually every 4 weeks from its activation date – not by calendar month. The first payment occurs after the free 30-day demo period.
Can I license modules separately?
Yes. The merchantCENTRAL Hub is the required base app. All additional connectors (marketplace, shipping, supplier) can be added or cancelled independently.
Where does the checkout take place?
Payment selection and activation happen directly in Business Central – via the integrated payment wizard in each module's setup card.
Is there a price difference between payment methods?
No. The module price is identical regardless of whether you pay by credit card, SEPA direct debit, or PayPal.
How can I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel any module at any time. It remains active until the end of the current 4-week cycle. Cancellation via the BC license setup or by email to info@altenbrand.de.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes. Contact us at info@altenbrand.de and we will update your billing method.
Does reverse charge apply for EU businesses?
Yes. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID – validated during the checkout process – are billed under the reverse charge mechanism, i.e., without VAT.
