Connector
The B2B IT procurement platform ITscope directly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – one product, many distributors. The connector imports product master data, purchase prices and stock per distributor via export link – no API licence required – and enriches your BC items through the central hub.
One aggregator, many sources of supply
ITscope bundles the catalogs of numerous IT distributors. The connector imports the product catalog and writes a dedicated source of supply per distributor offer into Business Central – with a uniform data structure via the hub.
Product master data
Import of the full ITscope product catalog: manufacturer, manufacturer part number, EAN/GTIN, tariff number, weights, RRP, energy labels plus marketing texts and datasheet and image URLs.
Multi-distributor prices
Every distributor offer becomes its own source of supply with purchase price and stock level – so the hub's price engine and best-offer logic automatically pick the cheapest offer.
Project prices
Project prices registered with your distributor arrive with the export and are matched to the right offer – with remaining quantity and validity, kept separate from the distributor's stock.
Distributors & manufacturers
Each distributor is mapped to a BC vendor via the central vendor mapping – only approved distributors are imported. The manufacturer selection additionally narrows the catalog to your brands; new manufacturers are flagged on the dashboard.
Sales prices, calculated
Together with the Price Engine your purchase prices become your sales prices – by your own margin rules, per channel, traceable down to the individual price line.
Item creation via the hub
The imported sources of supply provide MPN, EAN and descriptions to the hub. Via "Create Items from Supplier Data" these become new Business Central items through GTIN/MPN matching.
Catalog import without an API licence
Master data, prices and stock arrive as an export ZIP over a share link – with no booked API access at all. Securely connected through the shared hub infrastructure.
Full and update export
Product, supplierItem and project data arrive as a ZIP (TAB-separated CSV, UTF-8): a full export for the entire catalog and an update export for incremental deltas – the one at night, the other hourly.
Secure credentials
The share links are credentials: ITscope embeds the access token in the URL. Both links are therefore stored encrypted in the central credential store – no clear text in the database.
Two import definitions
The full import (catalog) and update import (stock) can be activated separately and automated via the hub job queue – with optional email notifications.
