Which Business Central version is supported?
merchantCENTRAL always supports the current cloud version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (currently BC 28.x, 2026 Release Wave 1).
How do I start a demo?
Install the merchantCENTRAL Hub app from Microsoft AppSource in your Business Central environment. The integrated setup wizard guides you through demo registration. The demo period is 30 days – free of charge and without obligation.
Can I license individual connectors separately?
Yes. The Hub App is the required foundation, and each marketplace, shipping, or supplier connector can be added or cancelled independently. Each module is billed separately every 4 weeks.
What does merchantCENTRAL cost?
Current pricing is available on the Pricing page. Contact us for an individual quote.
Is there a test environment?
Yes. In Business Central sandbox environments, all connectors can be used free of charge and without limits – license checks are disabled in sandboxes.
How is the installation done?
merchantCENTRAL is installed as an extension directly in your Business Central environment – no external servers or middleware required (exceptions: Rhenus SFTP, SAP Ariba cXML).
