Which Business Central version is supported?
merchantCENTRAL always supports the current cloud version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (currently BC 27.x, 2025 Release Wave 2).
Can I license individual connectors separately?
Yes. The Hub App is the foundation, and each marketplace, shipping, or supplier connector can be added individually.
Is there a test environment?
Yes. All connectors support sandbox environments of the respective APIs, so you can test the integration before going live.
How is the installation done?
merchantCENTRAL is installed as an extension directly in your Business Central environment – no external servers or middleware required (exceptions: Rhenus SFTP, SAP Ariba cXML).
